1. Returns Overview
At AMBER MARIE STUDIO LTD, we take great pride in the quality of our paper stationery. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your stationery arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible. We may ask you to provide a photograph of the damaged item to help us improve our packaging processes.
3. Personalised and Custom Stationery
Please note that due to the bespoke nature of personalised or custom-made paper goods, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on these items unless they are faulty or we have made an error in the printing process.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Page or email us directly at hello@ambermariestudio.xyz. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher value items.
